Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returning your purchase

Returning an item you are not happy with is simple, easy and hassle free. Simply fill out the returns form below with required areas.


We offer all full price items returned within 30 days of receipt and 14 days for sale price items.

There is a fee of R90 for returns to cover costs of the courier fees. This will be deducted from your credit and we will pay the balance of your order within 7 working days from when we receive your return item and provided the return condition below are met.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on clearance sale items.

Return conditions

  • Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Cinnamon item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
  • Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered return items, or anything Cinnamon reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer

Receiving a refund

  • Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
  • On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding SA public holidays.
  • A charge of R90 will be deduct to fulfill this return and cover cost of the courier.
  • Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.


We want you to love your Cinnamon garment. We currently do offer exchanges at a cost of R90, provided that we have the item in the size you require available.

Gift returns

Items returned will be refunded to the original purchaser via the original method of payment. Please return the goods to us within 30 days of the shipping date for all full price items and within 14 days of the receipt for all sale items.

Please use our return service to ensure the return conditions are met.


Cancelling your order

In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact us by telephone as soon as possible after placing your order and Customer Service will advise if cancellation is available.

Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
